It's easy to switch to NewNet - Here's how:
Customers should contact their existing Internet Service Provider and
ask them for a MAC number (Migrations Authority Code) - this is a
similar process to when you switch mobile phone provider.
Once you have received your MAC code your can then order NewNet
broadband. You will be asked for this MAC Code and previous ISP name
when you sign up
NewNet's broadband Team will then arrange for your service to be
seamlessly moved over.
Unfortunately NewNet are unable to migrate broadband services delivered
via cable, such as Virgin Media.
