How it works

When you switch your phone service to NewNet Calling, any calls you make still go to the local BT exchange.

At the exchange your call will be recognised as a NewNet Calling customer and so the call will be immediately passed onto an alternative network for onward delivery with no loss of quality.

You do not need to change the way you make calls and no re-progamming of your office telephone switch (pbx) is required.  Everything is handled at the BT exchange - it is that simple!

How do I apply for NewNet Calling?

• Fill in our online order form for the BT numbers that you want to transfer to NewNet Calling.
• You can keep all of your existing telephone numbers including all your free of charge BT calls, 999, 1471 etc which will be delivered in the normal way.
• Each and every month we will send you a bill with easy to view call statistics outlining your top five most frequently called numbers, highest cost calls, and longest duration calls.
• Payment is conveniently set up via direct debit so you need not worry about making or missing payments.
